SUSIM ATLAS: An experiment which flies on the Space Shuttle in order to
accurately measure the solar ultraviolet spectral irradiance
The SUSIM Instrument consists of two double dispersion
spectrometers with 0.15 and 5.0nm resolution. The instrument is configured
for accuracy, inflight calibration, and computer control for automatic
collection of data. The instrument has flown on five NASA SPACELAB missions.
